Makes 1 pizza crust.
Can be frozen in a ball in an airtight container after rising in the refrigerator.

- 1 cup water
- 1 T sugar
- 1 tsp Rapid Rise yeast
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- If not using rapid rise or bread machine yeast, add sugar to warm water and sprinkle with yeast. Wait ten minutes for it to foam, then proceed with recipe. If it doesn't foam, throw it out and start over.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl. If making two, separate into two dough balls. Pat down into a thick pancake shape. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or up to 5 days.
Let dough come to room temperature (about an hour)
eat oven to 425.
Oil pizza pan. place wax paper under pizza pan (if it has holes) to catch dough.
Pat and stretch dough onto pizza pan or stone. If desired, sprinkle Italian seasoning, basil, and garlic powder onto crust. Garnish with sauce, cheese, and favorite pizza toppings.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
