Flopsy, Mopsy, & Cotton-tail Pie

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • Graham cracker crust
  • 1 quart flesh hulled strawberries
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust. Press strawberries into cream cheese mixture.

  2. Melt chocolate chips in Ziploc freezer bag in microwave. Cut tip off of one corner of the bag and pipe melted chocolate on top of pie. Chill.
