Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions

Put in sauce pan and heat gently – - simmer.

Coat fish with salt or Lawry’s seasoning.

Grill flesh of fish (filet or steaks) for a few minutes on hot grill.

Turn over carefully onto foil.

Baste with sauce – keep checking (15 to 20 minutes) for color change.
