Salmon Sauce

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

  1. Put in sauce pan and heat gently – - simmer.

  2. Coat fish with salt or Lawry’s seasoning.

  3. Grill flesh of fish (filet or steaks) for a few minutes on hot grill.

  4. Turn over carefully onto foil.

  5. Baste with sauce – keep checking (15 to 20 minutes) for color change.

  6. Don’t over cook!
