Cheesy Chicken & Veggie Rice Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1-1/3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup uncooked whole-grain rice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1-1/2 lb chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh veggies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix soup, water, rice, onion, pepper & veggies in a shallow baking dish.

  2. Top with chicken & spoon some of the mixture on top.

  3. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 mins or until chicken is done.

  4. Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese, then cook additional few mins until melted.
