Zucchini Ramen Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package any flavor ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/8 cup olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Cook noodles and drain.

  2. Mix vegetables with noodles.

  3. Mix mustard, spices, and vinegar together.

  4. Add to noodle mixture and toss.
