Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 cream cheese blocks
  • 1/2 cup of mayo
  • 1 can of artichokes drained (I usually use quartered)
  • 1 bag frozen spinach thawed and remove all excess water
  • garlic (I usually use alot because I love it but that something you can determine)
  • Shredded parm cheese (I use lots)

Directions

  1. Mix all together and place in pie plate or baking dish and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. I will sometimes chop up a tomato and put on top after baking. I serve mine with either crackers or brusetta bread
