Corny Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 C. creamed corn
  • 1 C. corn (canned okay)
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small package cornbread mix (Jiffy)
  • 2 sticks butter (melted)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a buttered 9×9 x 2 baking dish at 350° F for one hour.
