  4. 16-20 lbs. 3-4 days in refrigerator 9-11 hrs. cold water

  5. Cooking time:

  6. 8-12 lbs 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 hrs. in cooking bag

  7. 12-16 lbs. 2-1/4 to 2-3/4 hrs. in cooking bag

  8. 16-20 lbs. 2-3/4 to 3-1/4 hours in cooking bag
