Chocolate Pecan Pie

This is for 2 pies.

Ingredients

  • 2 pie crusts
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 1/2 cup butter

Directions

  1. Mix up everything but the pie crusts then put into a bag.

  2. Wrap bag together with pie crusts.

  3. To cook: Empty bag into pan and cook on medium until chocolate chips melt.

  4. Pour chocolate mixture into pie crusts.

  5. Bake in oven.

  6. The middle will be soft when you take it out.

  7. Let pie sit for 15 minutes before serving.
