Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar peanut butter
  • 2 (7 oz.) Hershey chocolate bars

Directions

  1. Scald milk and butter; set aside to cool

  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and eggs, then add milk mixture.

  3. ke in jelly roll pan for 20 minutes at 350.

  4. Spread peanut butter over warm cake then refrigerate until cold.

  5. Melt Hershey chocolate bars and spread on cold cake. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and then cut in serving pieces.

  6. Serve or can be frozen.
