Easy Dinner Melts
(from myoung’s recipe box)
- * 1 cup diced turkey (leftovers work great)
- * 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip Dressing
- * 1/2 cup Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- * 2 chopped green onions
1. COMBINE turkey with dressing, cheese and green onions. Spread on your favourite bread (Experiment with pumpernickel, French stick, English muffins or even a pizza crust.)
2. BAKE at 400°F for 20 minutes.
3. ADD toppings and serve.
