Scalloped potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cubed frozen hashbrowns
  • 1/2 C melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 C chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 4 C grated chedder cheese
  • 2 C crushed corn flakes

Directions

  1. saute onions in butter

  2. add salt and pepper, mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, potatoes and 2 Cups of cheddar cheese

  3. place in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish

  4. top with remaining cheese and corn flakes

  5. cook at 350 for 45 mins
