PUMPKIN UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 - 29 oz can (about 3 1/2 cups) Pumpkin
  • 1 - 13 oz can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1 cup Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, spices, pumpkin, and milk.

  2. Pour into a 9″ × 13″ pan.

  3. Sprinkle cake mix over top.

  4. Sprinkle nuts over cake mix.

  5. Pour butter over all.

  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

  7. Turn off oven and leave cake in oven until cool.

  8. Serve with whipped cream.
