Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • Unsalted saltine crackers
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • chocolate chips
  • chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Line a 9 × 13 pan with foil

  2. Spray pan with Pam

  3. Line foil with crackers

  4. Melt the butter and brown sugar.

  5. When slightly caramalized, pour over crackers

  6. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes

  7. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and spread over crackers

  8. Top with crushed pecans

  9. Place in freezer for 15 minutes

  10. Remove and break apart

  11. Store in a covered container
