Corn Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can regular corn - do not drain
  • 1 box corn bread mix
  • 4 eggs - beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • I add a little salt and pepper.
  • Mix altogether and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour-or until table knife comes put in the center comes out clean.
