Double Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

  • 3.4 oz box pistachio pudding
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) box pistachio pudding (instant)
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients and beat on medium speed for 4 minutes

  3. Spread in 9 × 13 greased and floured pan

  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes

  5. Do not over bake

  6. Cool cake for 15 minutes, remove,then frost

  7. Whip 2/3 cup milk and pudding together, then fold into Cool Whip.
