Easy Pumpkin Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces vanilla pudding
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 13 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 can canned pumpkin
  • 1 prepared pie crust

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat just until bubbling

  2. Remove and cool for 5 minutes, stirring just twice

  3. Pour into shell and refrigerate for 4 hours
