Step 1

2 c. sugar

2 c. all-purpose flour

1/4 c. vegetable oil

1/2 c. butter

1 c. Coca Cola

3 T. cocoa

Mix the sugar and flour in a large bowl. Combine the oil, butter, Coca Cola and cocoa and add to the dry ingredients.

Step 2

2 eggs
-
1 t. vanilla

1 t. baking soda
-
1/2 c. buttermilk
-
Add and mix well.

Step 3

1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Fold the marhsmallows into the nixture anbd bake in a greased and dusted with cocoa 9×13″ pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 4

1/2 c. butter
-
3 T. cocoa
-
5 T. Coca Cola
-
Bring to a boil.

Step 5

1 box powdered sugar
-
1 t. vanilla
-
Add to the boiled cocoa and Coca Cola. Combine and pour over the hot cake.
