Orange-Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 ham steak (3/4 lb)
  • 4 cloves, whole
  • 4 slices pineapple, drained and quartered, reserving juice
  • 1/2 cup OJ
  • 3 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400, stud ham with cloves, place in shallow ovenproof pan with pineapple around it

  2. for glaze, in a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, OJ, marmalade and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, boil until slightly thickened 5-6 minutes

  3. Pour glaze over ham, bake, basting with glaze occasionally for 15 minutes. (glaze should be thickened)
