Tofu Salad

This very simple spread is delicious, dairy-free and reminiscent of egg salad. This is my favorite sandwich filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mashed tofu
  • 1 cup Tofu Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
