Ingredients
- 1 box Zwieback
- 1 stick melted butter
- 3 1/2 packages cream cheese, softened
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Fruit topping (optional)
Directions

eheat oven to 300. Make crust and press into 9 × 13 pan.

Make filling. add eggs, 1 egg at a time, beating just until combined.

Pour over crust

Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set

Make topping and return to oven for 5 minutes

Cool and refrigerate

Serve chilled with fruit topping, if desired
