Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes gelatin, unflavored
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup water, boiling
  • 1 cup water, cold
  • 1 cup (8 oz) bottled creamy cucumber dressing
  • 1-1/2 cup green beans, cooked, cut up
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 drops hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, mix gelatin in hot water until completely dissolved.

  2. Stir in cold water and cucumber dressing.

  3. Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.

  4. Fold in remaining ingredients.

  5. Turn into a 5-cup mold or bowl.

  6. Chill until firm.
