ice cream cake

Ingredients

  • 1 stick marg.
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 2-8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cup confect. sugar
  • 9 oz cool whip
  • 1 pkg pistacchio instant pudding
  • 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 2/3 cup milk

Directions

  1. spread the marg, flour, nut mixture on bottom of 9×13 pan

  2. bake at 350* for 20 minutes

  3. mix with beater cream cheese, confect sugar, and half the coll whip

  4. spread this mixture over cooled crust, then refrigerate

  5. beat on low speed the pudding and milk

  6. spread this mixture on top of the refrigerated cheese mixture

  7. refrigerate until pudding is firm

  8. then spread remaining cool whip and sprinkle with nuts
