Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 1 Cup of soft shortening
• 1 1/2 Cups of sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 2 3/4 Cup of flour
• 2 tsp Cream of tartar
• 1 tsp. Soda
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
• 2 tsp. Cinnamon
• 2 tsp. Sugar

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees

2. Mix shortening , sugar and eggs throughly

3. Blend all dry ingredients

4. Roll into balls the size of walnuts

5. Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar

6. Please 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet
