Godi Payasa

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Broken Wheat
  • 1/2 Cup Jaggery
  • 1tbsp Bengal Gram Dal
  • 1tbsp Raw Rice
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • tsp Elaichi/Cardamom Powder
  • 1tbsp Chopped Nuts (Cashewnuts, Badam/Almonds/Pistachios)

Directions

  1. Cook Broken Wheat, Bengal Gram and Rice in a pressure cooker. Remove to a thick-bottomed vessel and add Jaggery and Coconut Milk. Cook for 5 minutes. Add Elaichi Powder and Nuts. Mix well. Serve hot or cold
