Carrot Payasa

Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots
  • 1/2 ltr Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 10 Cashewnuts
  • 1/2 tsp Elaichi/Cardamom Powder
  • 1tbsp Chopped Nuts (Cashewnuts, Badam/Almonds/Pistachios)

Directions

  1. Peel and grate Carrots and grind to a paste along with Cashewnuts. Boil Milk and add Carrot paste to it and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add Sugar, Elaichi Powder and Nuts, mix well. Serve hot or cold.
