Cream Chicken and Rice

Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can of chicken
  • chicken bouillon
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 package biscuits

Directions

  1. Cook rice and biscuits according to package instructions.

  2. In a small saucepan, heat butter, flour and milk, adding chicken bouillon to taste.

  3. Once creamy, add chicken and reduce to low heat.

  4. Pour sauce over rice and biscuits.
