Chili and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • minced garlic
  • minced onion
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups cooked rice

Directions

  1. Cook the beef, onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Stir the soup, water, vinegar and beans in the skillet and bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Serve over rice.
