Brisquet – Sweet and Sour

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. brisket
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2-3 tbsp. mustard
  • 1-2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 onion, large

Directions

  1. Thinly slice onion in baking dish.

  2. Sear brisket in ungreased frying pan on both sides.

  3. Place on top of onions.

  4. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over brisket.

  5. Cover.

  6. Prepare day ahead.

  7. 2-3 hours at 350.
