Ingredients
- 2 tbsps (1/4 stick) butter
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 1/2 cups coarsely crushed crisp sugar cookies
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp grated orange zest
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped honey roasted almonds
Directions

Lightly spray an 8×8×2 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

In a large saucepan set over low heat, melt the butter. Add the marshmallows; cook and stir until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in the cookie crumbs, cranberries, orange zest and almonds. Spread into prepared pan with a large square of wax paper.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 16 bars. Store in covered containers between layers of wax paper.
