Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 cup Karo corn syrup
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp margarine, melted
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups pecans
• 1 unbaked pie crust (9 inch)

Directions

1. In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients until well blended

2. Stir in pecans

3. Pour into pie crust

4. Bake at 350° oven 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean

5. Cool
