Pasta with tomato, basil and olives

Ingredients

  • 225g tomatoes or 1 tin chopped/plum tomatoes, olive oil, pepper, balsamic, pasta, 100g stoned olives, fresh basil, parmesan, 1 cloves garlic, herbs.

Directions

  1. Simmer tomatoes with garlic, pepper and herbs for 10 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. balsamic.

  2. Boil pasta in salted water.

  3. Drain and add to tomato sauce with the olives. Ass basil, black pepper, and parmesan.
