Ingredients

• 1 1/4 pound Oreos
• 1/2 stick butter
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 3 1/2 cups milk
• 2 small packages French vanilla instant pudding
• 12-16 ounces Cool Whip
• gummy worms

Directions

1. Crush Oreos in blender.

2. Cream butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.

3. Mix milk and instant pudding.

4. Add Cool Whip.

5. Add creamed mixture.

6. Add gummy worms.
