‘Spicy’ Penne Pasta

Once again, I don’t use measurements but will put something in for you. I use more than what is listed as I go by taste and looks when fixing it. For adding whipped cream and cheese, depends on how creamy you want it. Fast and Easy!!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of pasta (bows, penne, ziti, etc.)-uncooked
  • 1/8 dried rosemary crushed (I use lots more)
  • 1 package of diced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncinis (optional)
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted sweet red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 3-1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (additional amounts)

Directions

  1. In large skillet put pasta, rosemary, pepperoni, pepperoncinis, and red peppers. Add water, bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add whipping cream and cheese. Toss. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
