Herb Roasted Chicken & Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 2 cups whole baby carrots
  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Stir the soup, water, 1 teaspoon of the oregano, potatoes and carrots in a roasting pan.

  2. Top with the chicken. Sprinkle with the remaining oregano and paprika.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir the vegetables.
