Pan-Seared Chicken with Red Grapes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it’s well browned on both sides. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Remove the chicken.

  2. Increase the heat to high. Stir the broth and Italian seasoning into the skillet. Add the vinegar and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Return the chicken to the skillet. reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Add the grapes.
