Pasta, Broccoli, and Red Pepper Salad with Lemon-Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 4 scallions, large
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp Asian roasted sesame oil
  • 2 lbs broccoli
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 3 cups small shell pasta
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, 1/2 inch
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp Asian roasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
