Ingredients

  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds

Directions

  1. Put the box or container of feta cheese in a bowl of warm water to soften the cheese for 20 – 30 mins.

  2. Once the cheese is softened put it into a bowl and add the cream.

  3. Using a fork, whisk the two into a smooth paste.

  4. In a separate bowl place all the other ingredients and mix well.

  5. Let it sit for 5 – 10 minutes for all of the flavors to combine.

  6. Then add this mix to the feta cheese and combine thoroughly.

  7. Place the dip in the fridge for later.

  8. Make sure you take it out of the fridge and whip it well using a fork to make sure the dip is fluffy and creamy.

  9. Serve with pita chips. Or veggies.
