Hot Crab Dip

From web site: A creamy dip made with milk, salsa, cream cheese, imitation crab, green onions, and green chiles. Heat it in the crock pot and serve warm with your favorite dippers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 3 packages (8 ounce size) fat-free cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 packages (8 ounce size) imitation crabmeat, flaked
  • 1 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 can (4 ounce size) chopped green chiles

Directions

  1. Combine milk and salsa. Transfer to greased crock pot.

  2. Stir in cream cheese, crabmeat, onions and chilies.

  3. Cover. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread.
