Tangy Sesame- Coated Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 (6oz.) lean center-cut loin pork chops, about 1/2-inch thick
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley or 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

  1. Trim away excess fat from pork chops. Spread 1 Tbsp. mustard on sides of each pork chop. Combine remaining ingredients in shallow bowl. Coat pork chops and place in a 9 × 13-inch baking dish that has been coated with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
