Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Vinegar and Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Brussels sprouts. trimmed
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. honey

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Cut each Brussels sprout in half, or if necessary quarters, to make pieces of uniform size.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sprouts, oil, salt, pepper, vinegar and honey. Toss well to coat. Arrange sprouts in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast 25 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until sprouts are tender and golden brown to your liking. Serve warm or at room temperature.
