Cheddar- Cider Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 cups (8oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a skillet, whisking constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer, whisking often, 5 minutes. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Serve over biscuits, toast or cornbread.
