Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inches)
- 1 medium white onion, chopped and sautéed in butter
- Fresh sliced mushrooms, sautéed in butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange pie shell in a 9-inch pie pan.
- Spread onions and mushrooms in pie shell. Sprinkle with grated cheeses.
- Beat eggs with cream to blend and pour into a shell. Bake 40 to 35 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold. Freezes well.
