Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • Marinaide:
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1 Egg
  • Mixture:
  • 2 Cups White Flower
  • 2/3 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Thyme
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Basil
  • 1/3 Tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Celery Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Mustard
  • 4 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
  • 3 Tablespoons White Pepper

Directions

  1. Place chicken in marinade and let sit for 20-30 min.

  2. Coat chicken pieces in mixture.

  3. Set aside to rest 20 minutes.

  4. Pour oil 2-3 inches in pan.

  5. Heat to 350 degrees.

  6. Turn once until golden brown.
