Artichoke Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Italian bread shells (Boboli)
  • 4 Tbsp. prepared basil pesto
  • 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained well, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella or provolone cheese

Directions

  1. Place the bread shells on a baking sheet. (Lined with foil if desired.

  2. Spread each shell with a Tbsp. pesto. Top with the artichoke hearts and cheese.

  3. Bake in a 450 degree oven 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
