Ingredients
- Pudding:
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/3 C flour
- Pinch salt
- 3 eggs separated-Yolk for pudding
- 2 C milk
- 1/2 t vanilla
- Vanilla wafers to line dish
- Bananas thinly sliced
- Can use beaten egg whites to top dish
Directions

Cook pudding, with all ingredients except vanilla.

when pudding thickens, take off burner and add vanilla

Line dish with wafers and banana, pour in custard, top with meringue. Bake 350 until meringue lightly browned
