Bacon Quiche Tarts

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggland's Best eggs
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 5 tsp. 2% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.

  3. Add the Eggland’s Best Eggs, cheese, green pepper and onion.

  4. Separate dough into eight triangles; press onto the bottom and up the sides of greased muffin cups.

  5. Sprinkle half of the bacon into cups; pour the egg mixture over bacon; top with remaining bacon.

  6. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until a knife inserted neat the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
