Carrot Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 pkg. spice cake mix
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Whipped cream, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Mix the pineapple, carrots and walnuts; spread into a greased 11×7-in baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with cake mix; drizzle with butter.

  2. Bake until golden, 25-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
