cinnamon baked pear

- 1 organic ripe, but firm pear
- 2 Tbsp. organic low-fat granola
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Wild Oats Organic Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Wild Oats Organic Butter
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix together granola, cinnamon and syrup.
Stuff pear with granola mixture.
Dot with butter.
Place in baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the pear is soft.
