Baked Ham Caaerole

Ingredients

  • 12 mushroom caps
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 cups stock or bouillon
  • 3 drops Worcestershire
  • 3 cups cubed baked ham
  • 12 Brussel sprouts, cooked
  • 4 sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed

Directions

  1. Brown mushroom caps in 1 1/2 tsp. butter about 5 minutes in saucepan. Remove mushrooms; add flour to butter. Blend and stir in stock. Let thicken; add Worcester sauce.

  2. Arrange layers of cubed ham, sprouts and mushrooms in baking dish; pour sauce over. Cover with a layer of sweet potatoes, mashed with remaining butter.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until sweet potatoes are browned.
