Ingredients
- 12 mushroom caps
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups stock or bouillon
- 3 drops Worcestershire
- 3 cups cubed baked ham
- 12 Brussel sprouts, cooked
- 4 sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed

Brown mushroom caps in 1 1/2 tsp. butter about 5 minutes in saucepan. Remove mushrooms; add flour to butter. Blend and stir in stock. Let thicken; add Worcester sauce.

Arrange layers of cubed ham, sprouts and mushrooms in baking dish; pour sauce over. Cover with a layer of sweet potatoes, mashed with remaining butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until sweet potatoes are browned.
